Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Digishop. We take great pride in the quality of the products we ship, and we want every purchase to leave you happy. The policy below sets out when a return or refund is available for orders shipped to the United States, and how the process works.

Returns — change of mind

Eligibility

We can accept a return for change of mind only when all of the following are true:

1. The item is in brand new condition — unopened, unused, with the manufacturer’s seal intact, and with all original tags, accessories, and packaging present.

2. Your return request is submitted within 14 days of the date you placed the order.

Items that have been opened, unsealed, used, or are missing original packaging or accessories are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Items must be shipped to our returns address in Australia. We strongly recommend using a tracked international shipping service — we are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

How to request a return

Email admin@thedigishop.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the eligibility conditions above, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us at admin@thedigishop.com.au as soon as possible — within 7 days of delivery where practical.

For US-shipped defective or incorrect items, our process is:

1. We provide a prepaid return shipping label — you ship the affected item back to us at no cost to you.

2. Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping charges), at your preference.

Your rights under United States consumer protection law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable United States federal or state consumer protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission’s rules regarding deceptive practices and warranty obligations under the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act. Where a state-level consumer law provides greater rights than this policy, those state-level rights apply.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to United States import duties or sales tax depending on the destination state, order value, and item category. For orders below the United States de minimis threshold (currently USD $800), no import duty typically applies. Any duties or taxes assessed at delivery are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly collected at checkout.
